Though we don’t know exactly when it will launch, Kansas will join the fraternity of states with legal sports betting sometime late in 2022 or early 2023. Even before Kansas launches sports betting, however, FanDuel is offering Kansas residents a great deal with the FanDuel Kansas Promo Code: Get $100 in bonus bets to use on day one just for signing up.

Big names coming: Which sports betting apps will launch in Kansas?
What Makes FanDuel Sportsbook One of the Best
Everywhere FanDuel is operational in the United States, it’s one of the highest-rated sportsbooks on the market.
That’s because FanDuel provides an unrivaled number of sports betting options, an easy-to-use interface on its website or mobile sports betting app, and top-notch customer service.
- MANY SPORTS: Sports bettors expect to be able to wager on many events and sports. With FanDuel, you can select from the major pro sports leagues like the NFL, MLB, NHL, and NBA. As well as European sports like soccer, and international competitions. You’ll also get access to betting lines on golf, tennis, MMA/UFC, rugby, cycling, and collegiate sports.
- EASY APP: Most bettors place their wagers on a mobile device, which is why a streamlined interface is so important. You want clear buttons and betting odds that are easy to find. You want a simple way to create a parlay. You want it to be intuitive and pain-free to deposit and withdraw funds. FanDuel has all those boxes checked. It’s consistently rated as one of the best sportsbook apps to use by bettors.
- CUSTOMER SUPPORT: If you ever have an issue with your bet, or need help with account management, you want to feel secure in knowing that the sportsbook is responsive and fair. FanDuel has a great reputation in the industry: it operates in more than 20 markets nationwide, which is evidence that it takes customer satisfaction seriously.

FanDuel’s Same Game Parlay
One of our favorite features on the FanDuel sports betting app is the “Same Game Parlay” builder. Simply click on a game or event, such as an MLB or NFL game, and pick the “Same Game Parlay” tab. From there you can choose from dozens of betting options to create your own parlay.
With a parlay, your bet is more exciting and it gives you a bigger payoff if each leg of the parlay comes to fruition. Choose how many TD passes Matthew Stafford throws, predict the number of receiving yards by Cooper Kupp, and whether or not the Rams’ defense intercepts a pass, for example. The odds payoff is better for you than any of those bets on their own.

When Will Kansas Sports Betting Launch?
We do not know the date that Kansas will launch sports betting, but we do know that it will allow both retail and mobile sports betting. Bettors will also be able to wager on in-state college teams. Kansas does not have any major professional teams within its borders, but one of the reasons the governor and others gave for supporting sports betting was to lure a team to relocate for the potential revenue available via a sports betting license.
Kansas Gov. Laura Kelly signed Senate Bill 84 into law in May of 2022, marking the state’s entry into the sports betting market. Lawmakers and state officials have been busy preparing Kansas for a future launch date. The Kansas Lottery Commission is responsible for overseeing sports betting in the Jayhawk State.
Under the law, Kansas will receive 10% of total revenue from operators. Some observers have estimated that the total tax revenue could reach $35-$40 million annually.
