North Carolina receiver Nathan Leacock will announce his college commitment at 3 p.m. ET on Friday, the three-star shared on Twitter Sunday afternoon.

Leacock released a top seven of Florida, Michigan, Mississippi State, North Carolina, North Carolina State, Tennessee and West Virginia in June after taking a number of June visits.
The high school track star officially visited Michigan, North Carolina and Tennessee in June while also unofficially visiting North Carolina State. The Vols earned Leacock’s final visit in June and before he announces his college decision.

Tennessee earned Leacock’s final official visit but the Raleigh receiver has made more visits to local North Carolina State than any other school. Leacock visited North Carolina twice last fall and twice in 2022.
The 6-foot-3 receiver ranks as the 585th best player in the nation and No. 19 player in the state of North Carolina according to the 247sports composite rankings.
Tennessee currently has two receivers committed in its 2023 recruiting class including four-star Virginia native Cameron Seldon and three-star Nashville native Nate Spillman.
Josh Heupel’s second full recruiting class in Knoxville currently holds 18 commits and ranks as the nation’s seventh best according to the 247sports team rankings.
