#10 Davidson & #14 Montana State Are Worth Watching In The South
A group of rowdy fans welcomed Tennessee’s men’s basketball team back to campus after claiming its first SEC Tournament Title in 43 years.
The Vols’ dominated in Tampa, trailing for only 1:09 in three games. Tennessee’s defense suffocated offenses as it earned double-digit wins over Mississippi State and Texas A&M and a rubber match victory over Kentucky.
Kennedy Chandler earned the SEC Tournament’s Most Outstanding Player Award while he, Josiah-Jordan James and Santiago Vescovi landed on the All-Tournament Team.
The first tournament title since 1979 led to massive celebration inside Amalie Arena and Tampa and all across the Volunteer State. Take a look at some images from the celebration off of Stokely Hall.
