NCAAM: Tennessee vs Arkansas
Tuesday’s game in Knoxville was one of the Vols’ most electric games of the entire season. In front of the home crowd, Tennessee fought relentlessly all night and ended up taking home the victory over No. 4 Kentucky by a score of 76-73.
For anyone that hasn’t had the chance to check out a game inside of Thomspon-Boling Arena, it is arguably one of the best basketball experiences in America when the Vols are rolling. More than 21,000 people can pack into the arena to scream, yell, cheer, and boo as much as they would like.
All throughout the game, Tennessee does a tremendous job of engaging the crowd during timeouts and other stoppages. Whether it is with t-shirt cannons, dancers, or Tennessee legends, the Vols’ staff works hard to make sure to keep the high energy in the arena for hours and hours on end.
In the video below, you can find a look at what a complete game experience looks like in Thomspon Boling Arena. From the pregame show and introductions to the play on the court, to the intermissions during timeouts, you can see just about everything that goes into a home Tennessee game. And, even more important, what the TV cameras aren’t always showing due to commercial breaks.
