Tennessee hit the practice field on Tuesday afternoon for practice No. 8 of fall camp. The media is not allowed to attend practice this fall, but Tennessee Athletics Communications sent out practice highlights and photos from the Vols’ eighth practice as they prepare for the 2020 season.
Jeremy Pruitt met with the media following practice to discuss the health of his team, who is standing out on the roster, contingency plans for if a coach contracts COVID, the unity of his team and if Tennessee is competing for a true National Championship. Tennessee is scheduled to kickoff the season at 7:30 p.m. ET on the SEC Network Sept. 26 with a trip to South Carolina. The Vols will return home to Neyland Stadium a week later for the home-opener against Missouri at 12 p.m. ET on the SEC Network.
