The early signing period begins on Wednesday, December 19th, and the vast majority of recruits who plan to sign early will announce their college destinations on that day. Most of Tennessee’s 2019 commits will be signing with the Vols on Wednesday, and they’re targeting a few other prospects who are signing that day as well.
