Tennessee looked like they were in trouble in the first half. But then the Vols came alive in the second half, and the No. 23 Vols were able to overcome a sluggish start to defeat No. 17 Kentucky 76-65 in front of a sold out Thompson-Boling Arena on Saturday night.
