With football season officially upon us, we’re excited to announce a revamped lineup for Rocky Top Insider (RTI) Radio that will continue to bring you the best opinions, reports, first-hand analysis and entertainment in Vol Nation.
Headlining our football-season lineup will continue to be VFL Erik Ainge (@ErikAinge3), who will host RTI Radio every Monday, Tuesday and Friday, expanding his previous role of hosting twice per week. He’ll provide expert analysis of the previous game on Mondays and Tuesdays, and will get your ready for the upcoming matchup on Fridays.
Erik will be regularly joined by RTI co-founder John Cave Osborne (@johncaveosborne) as well as RockyTopInsider.com’s editor and lead writer Daniel Lewis (@Daniel_LewisRTI) on those days.
We are also excited to welcome Patrick Brown (@patrickbrownTFP), a veteran Tennessee football and basketball beat writer from the Chattanooga Times Free Press, who will join Daniel regularly as a co-host on Wednesday and Thursday shows. Patrick’s coverage of the Vols can be found on TimesFreePress.com/sports.
RTI’s Nathanael Rutherford (@Mr_Rutherford) will continue to produce the show on a daily basis, while contributing to the mid-week shows and filling in as a co-host at various points during the year. As always, we’ll be joined by other RTI contributors and regional and national guests throughout the week.
RTI Radio can be heard every weekday from 4-6 pm ET in the Knoxville area on 1180 AM/WVLZ and can be streamed on RockyTopInsider.com and through the free RTI app as well, which can be downloaded from your app store.
