The Sept. 10 Battle at Bristol is so close that you can literally see it getting underway now.
The famous motor speedway, which will be the home to the highest-attended football game in history in just a couple short weeks when Tennessee and Virginia Tech play on the infield, has set up a live camera to show the stadium as it undergoes a dramatic transformation to get ready for the game.
Changes include removing the fencing around the track, raising and leveling the infield, painting the field and many other alterations that go into the process of turning a racetrack into a functioning football stadium.
