Offensive linemen traditionally don’t get much attention. And when several of those O-linemen are friends with star quarterback Joshua Dobbs – it can be downright impossible to get any recognition when out and about in the community.
Some of UT’s offensive linemen are embracing that lifestyle.
Walk-on offensive lineman Thomas Edwards created the Twitter account @OLPShadows, which regularly features pictures of Edwards, Jack Jones, Brett Kendrick, Dylan Wiesman and other UT players in the background (or in the shadows) as Dobbs gets attention everywhere they go.
It was the O-linemen, however, that got the national attention on Saturday morning when ESPN’s SportsCenter featured them in a segment about the account:

Dobbs, who made a quick cameo in the background of the interview, also took control of the account and tweeted this out:
