Southern Cal offensive line transfer Emmanuel Pregnon committed to Oregon on Tuesday morning over Tennessee and others, On3’s Hayes Fawcett first reported.
Pregnon was one of the top offensive lineman available in the transfer portal and he visited Tennessee, LSU and Oregon before eventually committing to the Ducks.
The 6-foot-5, 320-pound left guard ranks as a four-star transfer and the No. 11 overall player in the transfer portal according to 247sports. He also ranks as the No. 2 interior offensive lineman in the transfer portal.
Pregnon started all 13 games for USC at left guard last season where he totaled 882 snaps and earned a 71.0 PFF grade. The guard was a two-year starter for USC after transferring from Wyoming to Southern Cal after his freshman season. He has one year of eligibility remaining at Oregon.

The interior of Tennessee’s offensive line is undergoing an overhaul this offseason. Tennessee lost both center Cooper Mays and right guard Javontez Spraggins to graduation and they could potentially lose left guard Andrej Karic as well.
Karic is currently applying for an extra year of eligibility from the NCAA after going just five snaps over the redshirt limit during the 2023 season due to an injury he suffered in Tennessee’s win at Kentucky.
One of the Vols’ two offseason additions to this point in Arizona offensive guard Wendell Moe. The former All-Pac 12 selection will likely start at right guard while Pregnon would have been a candidate to start at left guard if the NCAA doesn’t grant Karic another year of eligibility.
Tennessee also missed out of Northwestern offensive guard transfer Josh Thompson earlier this offseason with the versatile lineman committing to LSU over the Vols.
Josh Heupel and his staff have landed just two commits in the portal to this point and are looking to sure things up on both lines of scrimmage as well as receiver ahead of the 2025 season.
