NFL Week 14 features the last of the byes with six teams off, but there still are plenty of intriguing matchups on the 13-game slate.

Week 13 was anything but unlucky as I went 3-0 with my underdog selections, improving my ATS season record to 18-20-1. Ten of those 18 won the game outright.
NFL underdog picks for Week 14: Green Bay Packers (+4 BetMGM) at Detroit Lions
We cashed in on three divisional game underdogs a week ago, and we’re going right back to that well for this NFC North showdown in the Motor City.
And, hey, why not as divisional dogs catching four or more points are 19-8-1 ATS this season?
That includes the Chicago Bears covering as 9.5-point road underdogs in Detroit on Thanksgiving.
And now the division-leading Lions (11-1) are hosting a much more formidable foe in Jordan Love and the 9-3 Packers. Detroit has won 10 straight overall, including a 24-14 Week 9 victory in Green Bay — the Lions’ fifth win over the Pack in their last six meetings.
But the Week 14 Lions are an injury-ravaged bunch, especially on defense, and that’s less-than-ideal timing with Love and a potent Packers offense coming to town.
Take the Pack and the points Thursday night.
NFL underdog picks for Week 14: New York Giants (+5 DraftKings) vs. New Orleans Saints
Our next underdog pick isn’t nearly as attractive.
The reeling Giants (2-10) have dropped their last seven and are 3-9 ATS on the season.
The 4-8 Saints, though, are hardly a juggernaut, having lost eight of their last 10 games.
And since the start of the 2022 season, New Orleans is only 1-7-1 ATS as a road favorite.
Yeah, we know: A Big Blue win would jeopardize their shot at the No. 1-overall pick in next spring’s draft with the Jacksonville Jaguars and Las Vegas Raiders also 2-10.
But there’s still ample room Sunday for the Giants to still come up short while keeping this one close.
NFL underdog picks for Week 14: Chicago Bears (+4 Caesars) at San Francisco 49ers
At 4-8 following six straight losses and a coaching staff upheaval, the Bears are another not-so-pretty selection.
But Chicago is a respectable 6-4-2 ATS on the season and is coming off back-to-back-to-back losses to the three NFC North powerhouses by a combined total of seven points.
And now they’re catching more than a field goal against an injury-ravaged 5-7 49ers squad that’s 4-8 ATS and hasn’t covered since Week 8.
Factoring in that along with a new-coach bump and an improving rookie QB in Caleb Williams, we’ll take Da Bears and the Da Points.
