WATCH: Tennessee’s Josh Heupel, Nico Iamaleava, Vol Players Speak After Loss to Georgia

ATHENS, GA – No. 7 Tennessee fell to No. 12 Georgia by a score of 31-17 on Saturday night in Sanford Stadium.

The Vols jumped out to a 10-0 lead to start the game but struggled to continue their pace for the rest of the game. Georgia’s offense eventually found its stride as the Bulldogs outscored the Vols 31-7 in the final three quarters of the game.

Tennessee head coach Josh Heupel met with the media after the game to answer questions from the game. Heupel spoke about quarterback Nico Iamaleava, Georgia’s ability to pass block leading to a big passing night, critical penalties that were called on Tennessee’s defense during the second half, and much more.

Tennessee also had a trio of players quickly speak to the media before the team departed on Saturday. The Vols’ trio included quarterback Nico Iamaleava, defensive lineman Jaxson Moi, and safety Will Brooks.
