No. 7 Tennessee improved to 7-1 with a 28-18 win over Kentucky on Saturday night in Neyland Stadium.
Tennessee running back Dylan Sampson not only tied the Vols’ all-time single-season touchdown record with his first score of the night but broke the record just a little bit later as he found the endzone for the 19th time this season.
Vols quarterback Nico Iamaleava also had a big game, notching season highs in attempts and yards (not counting Chattanooga).
Sampson and Iamaleava were just two of the six players to speak with the media after the Vols’ win over Kentucky. Sampson’s group included LEO Joshua Josephs and Miles Kitselman while Iamaleava’s group included LB Arion Carter and safety Will Brooks.
Josh Heupel also spoke with the media after the game, which can be found here.
