This Week 4 SEC sketch by the widely popular YouTube channel SEC Shorts followed the old story of Fairy Godmother while interworking the twists and turns of SEC football this past week. Every team showed up to the Fairy Godmother with wishes on the season with varying results.
The Tennessee fan demanded extra wishes for the Vols’ failed head coaches before Josh Heupel and a bevy of other things from the season and on Saturday night – All of which were granted. Tennessee went into Norman on Saturday and defeated Oklahoma 25-15 in their SEC opener. The Vols suffocated the Sooners with their defense, forcing three turnovers and causing Oklahoma to make a quarterback change.
While the Sooners wished for a stout defense to pair along with their usually sound offense, Texas complicated the Sooners’ dream with a wish of their own.
