Four-star offensive tackle Juan Gaston Jr. released his top four including Tennessee football over the weekend. Georgia, Oregon and South Carolina joined the Vols in Gaston’s top group as the blue-chip recruit is announcing his college commitment on Aug. 2.

Gaston ranks as a four-star recruit and the No. 158 player in the country according to the 247sports composite rankings. The Atlanta native ranks as the 23rd best player in the state of Georgia and the 17th best offensive tackle in the 2025 recruiting cycle.

A Westlake High School standout, Gaston took official visits to Georgia, South Carolina, Tennessee and Oregon in that order in late May and into June.
Tennessee has hosted Gaston on four total visits including for the Georgia game last fall, an unofficial visit in April and then his June official visit. Gaston has visited instate Georgia more than any other school including three times since the start of football season. The blue-chip recruit has taken three total visits to South Carolina and just one visit to Oregon.
Tennessee football’s 2025 recruiting class currently contains 16 commitments including from three offensive linemen. Douglas Utu and Nic Moore rank as four-star recruits while Antoni Kade Ogumoro ranks as a three-star.
The Vols’ 2025 recruiting class currently ranks No. 14 nationally and No. 8 in the SEC according to the 247sports team rankings.
