Five-star receiver Jaime Ffrench is visiting Tennessee football this weekend for the second time in less than a month, he shared on his X.

Ffrench is one of the top players in the entire 2025 recruiting class, ranking as a five-star recruit and the No. 17 player in the country according to the 247sports composite rankings. A Jacksonville native, he also ranks as the No. 3 receiver and the No. 3 player in the state of Florida in the 2025 recruiting cycle.

The 6-foot-1 receiver originally committed to Alabama last summer before backing off his commitment to the Crimson Tide when Nick Saban retired back in January.

Ffrench’s weekend official visit to Tennessee marks his third trip to Knoxville since he de-committed from Alabama. The blue-chip recruit was on campus in March and again in May for the 865 Live weekend. He’s been to Tennessee more than any other school since re-opening his recruitment.

The Florida native’s official visit to Tennessee is the third of his four summer official visits before he announces his college commitment on Aug. 30. Ffrench visited LSU and Miami and the last two weeks and is taking an official visit to Texas next week. Ohio State is also a serious contender to land Ffrench.

The five-star receiver is officially visiting Tennessee amidst its biggest official visit weekend of the summer. Other official visitors include five-star quarterback commit George MacIntyre, five-star receiver Caleb Cunningham and five-star offensive tackle David Sanders— the No. 2 player in the 2025 recruiting cycle.

Tennessee’s 2025 recruiting class currently contains 11 commits with two of them coming from instate receivers— three-star Joakim Dodson and four-star Radarious Jackson. The Vols have a deep receiver room at the moment but have seniors Bru McCoy and Dont’e Thornton who are out of eligibility after this season.

The 10-commit recruiting class currently ranks No. 20 nationally and No. 8 in the SEC according to the 247sports team rankings.
