The 2024 NCAA Tournament March Madness bracket will officially be released by the end of the day on Sunday following the final conference championship games around the country.
The SEC Tournament has had plenty of drama weaved into the five-day tournament from Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, TN. The top three seeds of the tournament – Tennessee, Kentucky, and Alabama – all fell during their first game in the quarterfinal round on Friday. Mississippi State and Texas A&M had strong runs but fell in the semi-finals.
Four-seed Auburn will take on 6-seed Florida for the SEC Tournament crown on Sunday afternoon in Nashville.
Tennessee’s quick exit from the tournament eliminated the Vols’ chances at a one-seed. Tennessee sits as a consensus two-seed projection according to both Joe Lunardi of ESPN and Jerry Palm of CBS Sports.
The official March Madness bracket will be revealed on the CBS Sports Selection Show at 6:00 p.m. ET.
