Tennessee basketball is looking to build off its two-game winning streak when it hosts Georgia Southern at Thompson-Boling Arena at Food City Center on Tuesday night.
The Vols are coming off a 2-0 week that saw them defend their home floor in wins over George Mason and Illinois. Tennessee is looking to cap off the three-game home stand with a win before Saturday’s neutral site matchup against North Carolina State.
Here’s everything to know about the matchup.

Prediction
There’s not much to say about this one. Tennessee is coming off a strong week and Georgia Southern is outmatched and still looking for its first win of the season.
To me, this game is most important for how some of Tennessee’s younger plays perform as they look to grab fringe rotational spots before SEC play begins.
But Rick Barnes typically gives his rotation players lots of minutes in games like this. The Vols will roll easily.
