Tennessee had three players speak to the media on Tuesday afternoon as the Vols come off the open date with a matchup against Texas A&M on the horizon.

Vols’ running back Dylan Sampson, safety Wesley Walker, and linebacker Aaron Beasley each spent around five minutes talking about different topics leading into the game this Saturday.

Sampson mentioned that he was able to watch football during the open date but explained how football has certainly become different to watch now that he is fully immersed in the college football world himself. Beasley said that he was able to get out of town over the weekend and that it was nice to get off his feet for a small stretch of time.

Walker talked about his excitement to have VFL Eric Berry in town this weekend and explained how he used to watch Berry playing on the field when he was a kid growing up. Walker, a starting safety with Tennessee, is sure to have plenty to talk about with the soon-to-be College Football Hall of Fame inductee.

No. 19 Tennessee will host Texas A&M this Saturday afternoon in Knoxville at 3:30 p.m. ET on CBS.
