Tennessee returned to the practice field on Tuesday morning after an off day on Monday. The Vols stayed in the indoor facility for longer than normal today because of the harsh rainstorms that were pouring down on Knoxville throughout the night and the morning.
It does seem as though the team made it outside at some point in the practice, just not at a time when the media was able to see what was happening.
The first 7-8 practices of camp were all pretty routine. As Tennessee gets scrimmages under their belt and closer to the season, though, the practices have started to become more position and scenario-specific. Tennessee’s offense and defense ran through one-on-one receiver/defensive back’s redzone routes on Tuesday morning.
