Four-star offensive lineman William Satterwhite will announce his college commitment on Friday, July 7, he announced on Twitter Sunday afternoon.
In a repeat of the Orange Bowl on the recruiting trail, Satterwhite is deciding between a top two which includes Clemson and Tennessee.

Satterwhite ranks as a four-star recruit and the No. 191 player in the country according to the 247sports composite rankings. The Akron native also ranks as the 11th best interior offensive line prospect in the country and the No. 7 prospect in the state of Ohio.

The Archbishop Hoban standout saw a number of schools during the recruitment process but visited each of his two finalists just twice. Satterwhite unofficially visited Tennessee in March and Clemson in April before officially visiting both in July.
The interior offensive lineman visited Penn State three times and Michigan State twice during his recruitment.
Tennessee football’s 2024 recruiting class currently contains 15 commitments including three offensive linemen. Satterwhite would mark the third interior offensive lineman in the Vols’ recruiting class— joining four-star Max Anderson and three-star Gage Ginther.
Tennessee’s 15 commit recruiting class ranks 10th nationally according to the 247sports team rankings.
