“Gavin is better,” Vitello said when asked about Kilen. “Making progress, for sure. He’s been able to swing a little bit. We’ll probably go slower than he wants on that, but, you know, we’ll see. There’s a good chance he could at least do something this weekend.”
Tennessee is back in action Friday in game one of a three-game series against South Carolina in Columbia. First pitch is at 7 p.m. ET, and SEC Network+ is streaming the game.
