Ole Miss has not reached the Sweet Sixteen since 2001, and to do so they will have to tangle with a disciplined Cyclones squad. Iowa State ranks fourth in the nation in fewest turnovers per game at 9.1. Iowa State is a -225 moneyline favorite in this one.
