Tennessee will host Auburn Football commit Hezekiah Harris on an official visit this summer, according to On3 Sports.
The four-star EDGE rusher in the 2026 class will take his OV on June 20.
Tennessee will be the last leg of a three-team spring/summer tour. The Jemison High School (Huntsville, AL) product will take an official visit to Auburn on May 30, an official visit to Florida on June 6, and an official visit to Tennessee on June 20.
The 6-foot-5, 220-pound prospect committed to Auburn on July 27, 2024, but did attend the Vols’ Junior Day recruiting event this past January.
247Sports’ Composite Rankings have Harris as a four-star prospect, the No. 72 player in the class, the No. 7 EDGE, and the No. 7 player from Alabama.
While Tennessee Football was getting ready for Joe Milton III to start the Orange Bowl in December 2022, the Vols also had their eyes on the future. Tennessee offered Harris a scholarship offer all the way back on Dec. 14, 2022, according to 247’s recruiting timeline.

The news of Harris’s official visit with Tennessee this summer came just one day before the Vols landed a three-star prospect at the same position in the 2026 class. On3’s Hayes Fawcett reported on Tuesday that 6-foot-5 EDGE rusher CJ Edwards was committing to Tennessee as the Vols’ highest-rated defensive commitment in the class.
Auburn and Tennessee are both battling for positioning in the Top 10 of the 2026 team recruiting rankings. On3 Sports has Auburn as the fifth-ranked class in the nation while Tennessee has the ninth-ranked group. 247 Sports, meanwhile, has Tennessee as the sixth-ranked class with Auburn as the 11th-ranked class. Rivals has Tennessee at No. 4 and Auburn at No. 10.
Tennessee also had another big defensive prospect set a summer official visit in Knoxville recently, which is set to take place just seven days before Harris’s visit. Four-star Georgia linebacker Rodney Colton Jr. is reportedly taking an OV to Tennessee on June 13 after previously spending nearly nine months committed to Shane Beamer’s South Carolina program.
