With the National Championship over a week in the rearview mirror, the college football transfer portal is officially closed until the conclusion of spring practice.
That means that Tennessee football’s incoming transfer portal class is set with four signees who have already arrived on campus and are going through winter workouts.
All four of Tennessee’s additions come on the offensive side of the ball where they landed offensive guards Sam Pendleton and Wendell Moe as well as running back Star Thomas and receiver Amari Jefferson.
Tennessee addressed a major need in the portal on the interior of the offensive line while they came short in adequately rebuilding its receiver room after an underwhelming season and multiple departures to the transfer portal. The Vols were successful in adding depth to the running back room with a player with power four experience.
Where do Tennessee’s four additions in the transfer portal rank according to the recruiting websites? Taking a look here.
