Tennessee head coach Josh Heupel led off the media press conferences on Monday afternoon as the Vols return to competition this weekend.
The Vols are fresh off of their second and final open date as Tennessee now prepares to welcome in SEC rival Kentucky under the lights of Neyland Stadium.
Tennessee announced on Monday morning that the team will be rolling out its Dark Mode package for the game this weekend.
Heupel led off the press conference as he spoke about his thoughts on last week’s open week and the challenge ahead with Kentucky. Heupel also spoke about Jermod McCoy’s play, continuing to get depth ready for the final half of the season, defensive schemes that Tennessee has seen so far this season, and more.
Three Tennessee players followed Heupel on Monday with RB DeSean Bishop, TE Miles Kitselman, and LB Kalib Perry.
No. 7 Tennessee will host Kentucky at 7:45 p.m. ET on Saturday night in Neyland Stadium.
