Tennessee’s next two quarterback prospects are in Neyland Stadium for the Vols’ game against Florida on Saturday night.
The two quarterback commits, George MacIntyre and Faizon Brandon, are in Knoxville as part of a massive recruiting weekend for Tennessee’s rivalry game.
MacIntyre is a four-star quarterback prospect from Brentwood Academy who committed to Tennessee in late January 2024. MacIntyre is currently the second-highest commit in Tennessee’s 2024 class but spent most of the year as the highest-ranked commit in the class until David Sanders Jr. made his decision in mid-August.
The Nashville prospect ranks as the No. 70 player in the nation, the No. 8 quarterback in the 2024 class, and the No. 1 player from the Volunteer State.
Tennessee made a splash when they landed quarterback Faizon Brandon to the 2026 class in early August. Brandon is a five-star prospect and ranks as 247Sports’ No. 1 overall player in the 2026 rankings. Brandon was ready to make his commitment before his junior season at Grimsley High School and was the Vols’ first commit in the 2026 cycle back on Aug. 3, 2024.
RTI’s Cole Moore was on the field before the game on Saturday and snapped a picture of both quarterback commits:
