In its own bubble, Tennessee’s upset loss to Arkansas felt like it was going to be a four-course meal for this week’s edition of SEC Shorts.

SEC Shorts has featured Alabama after Tennessee’s crowdstorming in the past and any top-five upset is certainly going to have plenty of material for the comedians to pick through.

But Tennessee’s loss was nowhere to be found in this week’s sketch thanks to Alabama’s historic upset over No. 1 Alabama in Nashville.

Well, mostly.

While Tennessee wasn’t seen in the video, Arkansas’s win (and postgame celebration) did get a quick nod in the middle of the video.

Tennessee was also nowhere to be found, literally, in the SEC’s weekly Top 10 meeting.

After winning their first four games of the season, Tennessee fell to Arkansas 19-14 in a stunning upset loss on Saturday night in Fayetteville. Aside from two third-quarter drives where Tennessee reached the endzone on the shoulders of running back Dylan Sampson, Tennessee struggled to put together any sort of offensive consistency against the Razorbacks’ defense. The reason Arkansas didn’t win by a bigger margin was because of Tennessee’s defense being able to hold things down for a majority of the game. Eventually, though, the dam broke as Arkansas was able to score 16 straight points in the second half to capture the marquee victory.

Tennessee doesn’t have much time to think about that loss, though. The Vols will welcome SEC rival Florida to Neyland Stadium this week as the Gators come off of an impressive victory over UCF this past weekend. The Gators boast a two-quarterback offense with Graham Mertz and DJ Lagway and showed an improvement on the defensive side of the ball last weekend against the Knights.

No. 8 Tennessee (4-1) will host Florida (3-2) in Neyland Stadium at 7:00 p.m. ET on Saturday night.
