Game Line: Tennessee Football Favorites On The Road At Oklahoma

Tennessee football heads on the road to open up SEC play at No. 15 Oklahoma on Saturday night in Norman. The Vols are looking to build momentum off their red-hot start to the 2024 season by earning a massive conference win.

As of Friday morning, Tennessee is seven-point favorites over Oklahoma according to DraftKings Sportsbook. The over/under is set at 57.5. The Vols were 7.5-point favorites over the Sooners following their win over Kent State with the line slightly moving in Oklahoma’s direction this week. The over/under opened at 59 and has slightly moved down over the course of the week.

The Vols are not only off to a 3-0 start to the season but are also 3-0 against the spread so far this season. In those three games, Tennessee covered the spread by a total of 76.5 points and an average of 25.5 points per game. The over has hit in all three of Tennessee’s games so far this season.

Oklahoma is also off to a 3-0 start to the season earning a blowout victory over Temple, a narrow victory over Houston and then pulled ahead late to earn a 15-point win over Tulane. The Sooners are off 2-1 against the spread so far this season with the over hitting once and the under hitting twice to this point in the season.

Tennessee is looking for its first road win over a top 15 opponent since knocking off Georgia in Athens in 2006. Its the first time that Oklahoma has been touchdown road underdogs since 1998.

Kick off at Gaylord Family Oklahoma Memorial Stadium is at 7:30 p.m. ET on Saturday night. ABC is broadcasting the game.
