Tennessee has added several new fan enhancements to Neyland Stadium for the upcoming season, as shown to the media in an exclusive tour on Thursday afternoon.
Tennessee announced the full list of changes and additions earlier in the week, but Thursday was the first time to see many of the new features in person.

Pilot Fast Favorites
A “quick-service, market-style setup,” the Pilot Fast Favorites concession stands around Neyland Stadium will allow for quicker and easier movement to get food and drinks between plays. Similar to a modern professional stadium, the entrance/exit features will allow fans to quickly move through the shop for a self-checkout system at the end.
Tennessee has added around 100 more points of sale around the stadium this season with speed, convenience, and efficiency for the fans in mind.

North Endzone Upper Deck Walk-Through Concessions
New walk-through concession stands have been added around the stadium, with this one in particular being stationed in the upper deck in the north endzone. Space was built to allow for these “pods”, if you will, to fit in the walkway, but it will consistently unclog many of the jams that end up happening in the walkway.
Transcard Premier Club
The Lower West Club has turned into the Transcard Premier Club for the 2024 season, and will present some incredible features: “The luxurious premium access area features extra-wide, padded 22-inch chairback seats with expanded leg room, an adjoining climate-controlled club amenity level, private restrooms, enhanced food and beverage offerings, social spaces and televisions.”
Chairback Seating in Neyland Stadium
The new Neyland Stadium chairback seating is a service for Tennessee Football season ticket holders. The chair is “made of frame that fits around the bleacher and we have had the seat customized to Neyland Stadium, with a bolt and bracket system, the seat back is fastened and centered over your seat.”
Additionally, the seat is also waterproof in case of bad weather.
Student Entrance/South Deck Spacing
Students now have their own specific entrance, ramp, and stairwell to get to their section.
Located behind the south endzone side of the stadium, students will take their own ramp down to the newly installed stairwell that will lead them up to the southeast corner of the stadium. Tennessee created much more space with new concrete this season to provide more walking room for spectators in that section of the stadium.
Also pictured is one of several Water Monsters that are located around Neyland Stadium. Fans are able to walk up and grab some water, as shown in the picture below.
President and Chancellor’s Suite (West Side of Stadium)
Nearly 14 years have gone by since the last major renovation to the President and Chancellor’s suites on the sixth level of the west side of the stadium, until now. Major changes have been made as Tennessee has installed new seating, televisions, and other entertainment/experience items in the area.
Kitchen
The kitchen staff and process are on par with professional football organizations, as said by Tennessee’s executive chef in Neyland Stadium. Brand new features such as storage and a loading dock have also been added to make the delivery and storage of food easier and safer.
