Tennessee hit the field on Thursday morning for their second official practice of the fall camp slate.
With ongoing rain still in the Knoxville area, Tennessee’s practice was kept indoors for a second straight day during the media availability. While that does mean that the position groups aren’t able to use as much space as on the outdoor field, it does make taking notes and recording highlights a bit easier in the condensed space.
The Vols went through their normal routine of warm-ups and conditioning at the beginning of practice before splitting up into position groups. The defense worked on position-based walkthroughs on the left side of the field while the offense ran passing sets on the opposite side. All of Tennessee’s quarterbacks were in action as they aired out the ball to their receivers and tight ends moving down the field.
