Tennessee quarterback Nico Iamaleava and a handful of other Vol Football players spoke to the media in Knoxville as part of Tennessee Media Day on Tuesday. The Vols will officially start the road to the season on Wednesday morning with their first practice of the fall camp slate.
Tennessee rotated 11 players through two groups on Tuesday as the media freely roamed to whichever player they wanted to speak with. The first group included quarterback Nico Iamaleava, QB Gaston Moore, QB Jake Merklinger, DL Omari Thomas, LB Jeremiah Telander, and DB Rickey Gibson III. The second group included DB Andre Turrentine, DB Jourdan Thomas, OL Javontez Spraggins, RB Dylan Sampson, and WR Squirrel White.
