Tennessee baseball is headed back to the super regionals after sweeping through the Knoxville Regional at Lindsey Nelson Stadium this weekend.
Six Volunteers landed on the All-Regional team as Tennessee defended its home field and extended its season by at least one more week.
Catcher Cal Stark, second baseman Christian Moore, third baseman Billy Amick, outfielders Dylan Dreiling and Hunter Ensley and RHP AJ Causey landed on the All-Regional team, occupying six of the 11 spots. Dreiling won Knoxville Regional Most Valuable Player.
Stark hit three-for-10 (.300) with three home runs, five RBIs, three walks and one hit-by pitch. Moore hit 4-of-13 (.318) with one home run, one double, four RBIs and four walks. Amick hit two-for-11 with two home runs, a team-best 11 RBIs, four walks and two hit-by pitches.

Dreiling hit an incredible seven-of-13 (.538) with two home runs, two doubles, three RBIs and three walks. Ensley hit five-of-12 (.417), one home run, two doubles, two RBIs and four walks.
AJ Causey allowed two runs on four hits while striking out nine batters in 6.2 innings of relief against Northern Kentucky on Friday night.
Tennessee returns to the field next week where they’ll host either East Carolina or Evansville in the Knoxville Super Regional. The schedule for the weekend series has not yet been announced. Stay tuned to RockyTopInsider.com to see the super regional schedule when it’s announced
