The Top Players At This Weekend’s Knoxville Regional

Tennessee baseball opens up NCAA Tournament play this weekend at Lindsey Nelson Stadium where they’ll host Southern Miss, Indiana and Northern Kentucky in the Knoxville Regional.

The Vols are the top team in the country and boast both an elite offense and strong pitching staff. Northern Kentucky’s offensive numbers are just as good while its pitching leaves a lot to be desired. Southern Miss is on the other end of the spectrum with strong pitching numbers and average hitting numbers. Indiana is a mix of both with solid hitting and average pitching.
