“This isn’t the end but a mere beginning,” Ogumoro said in his commitment video. “Thank you all and with that being said I’ll be committing to the University of Tennessee. Go Vols.”
A high three-star recruit, Ogumoro ranks as the No. 494 player and No. 30 interior offensive lineman in the 2025 recruiting cycle according to the 247sports composite rankings. An Eglin, OK native, Ogumoro ranks as the No. 9 player in the state of Oklahoma and committed to the Vols over both instate powers.

Ogumoro made only one visit to Tennessee, taking an official visit to Knoxville earlier this month. He also took official visits to the other five schools in his top group. The three-star recruit announced his commitment just a few days after wrapping up his final official visit of the stretch— a trip to Missouri.
The 6-foot-5, 290-pound offensive guard provides some serious muscle to a Tennessee recruiting class that lacked it to this point. Ogumoro is the Vols’ first offensive line commit in the 2025 cycle to go along with one defensive line commit— four-star Nashville native Ethan Utley.
While playing on the offensive line in the SEC is extremely hard as a freshman, Tennessee does lose a number of interior offensive linemen after the 2024 season including Cooper Mays, Javontez Spraggins and Jackson Lampley.
Ogumoro becomes Tennessee’s 10th commit in its 2025 recruiting class, boosting it to the No. 13 class nationally and the No. 8 class in the SEC according to the 247sports team rankings.
