Caitlin Clark WNBA player props: Opening points total set at 21.5
The Clark prop that naturally will get the most attention is her Tuesday game points total, set at 21.5 points or 20.5 points at four of the leading online sportsbooks (DraftKings, FanDuel, BetMGM and Caesars).
Sportsbook | Caitlin Clark Points Prop |
---|---|
DraftKings | Over 21.5 (-130) | Under 21.5 (+100) |
FanDuel | Over 20.5 (-114) | Under 20.5 (-114) |
BetMGM | Over 20.5 (-120) | Under 20.5 (-110) |
Caesars | Over 20.5 (-125) | Under 20.5 (-105) |
Clark led the NCAA women’s Division I ranks this past season with her 31.6-point scoring average. And in her two preseason games with the Fever earlier this month, she totaled 21 and 12 points in 28 and 32 minutes of action, respectively.
The WNBA’s No. 1-overall draft pick, who averaged 34.8 minutes per game as a four-year starter at Iowa, should hit or exceed that average in her first pro season.
Naturally, bettors will be gravitating toward Clark prop “overs” in her Tuesday debut, and the points prop total odds are shaded in that direction at three of the aforementioned sportsbooks. DraftKings Sportsbook is the lone exception, with Clark’s total sitting at 21.5 points AND juiced to the Over with -130 odds.
Those leaning toward the under could find the most favorable odds at Caesars Sportsbook, which has her points total at 20.5 with -105 odds as of Tuesday morning.
Clark’s opening game assists prop also will attract plenty of attention after leading Division I with her average of 8.9 per outing this past season. Clark totaled two and six assists, respectively, in her preseason contests, but her Tuesday night total is set at 6.5 with the juice shaded slightly toward the under.
As of Monday, the best over odds on Clark’s 6.5 assists total could be found at DraftKings (+100) and BetMGM Sportsbook (+100) while Caesars (-105) had the under value.
Meanwhile, Clark’s rebound prop total was set at 4.5 while her 3-pointers made total was at 3.5.
Those looking to bet on Clark scoring the game’s first field goal could find the best odds at FanDuel Sportsbook (+700) as of opener eve.
Fever vs. Sun odds: Indiana a road underdog vs. Connecticut
The Sun announced Monday it has sold out its home opener (8,910 tickets) for the first time since its 2003 debut in Connecticut.
And Connecticut, which finished with the third-best record (27-13) in the 12-team WNBA in 2023 before losing in the conference semifinals, is a 6.5- or 7-point (-235 moneyline consensus) favorite Tuesday.
Indiana, which finished 2023 with the league’s third-worst record at 13-27, is a sportsbook-consensus +190 on the moneyline, with the best value to be found at FanDuel (+210).
As for the game total, it was at 166.5 points to 167.5 points depending on which sports betting app you choose.
