Jackson ranks as a four-star recruit and the No. 263 player in the country according to the 247sports composite rankings. He also ranks as the 29th best receiver in the country and the sixth best player in the state of Tennessee in the 2025 recruiting cycle.

While 247sports ranks Jackson as a four-star recruit, On3 is even higher on the 6-foot-2, 195-pound receiver. On3 ranks Jackson as the No. 80 player and No. 12 receiver in his class.
Playing his prep football at Sheffield High School in West Tennessee, Jackson won 3A Mr. Football honors last season. Jackson accounted for 1,742 all-purpose yards with 27 total touchdowns on the offensive side of the ball while recording 40 tackles and seven interceptions on the defensive side.
Jackson visited Tennessee for the Texas A&M and Georgia games this fall before returning on an unofficial visit earlier this month. The blue-chip recruit has also taken three visits to Ole Miss and a visit to Alabama earlier this spring.
Tennessee football’s 2025 recruiting class currently contains eight commits including from fellow West Tennessee receiver Joakim Dodson. The Vols’ eight-commit recruiting class ranks No. 15 nationally according to the 247sports team rankings. Landing Jackson would boost it to the No. 13 class nationally.
