The SEC Tournament is off and running as 14 teams battle for the conference crown in Nashville this weekend.

The four lowest-ranked teams from the conference kicked off the tournament on Wednesday night in Bridgestone Arena while the top four-ranked teams wait until Friday with a double-bye in the tournament format.

12-seed Arkansas and 13-seed Vanderbilt kicked off the tournament with a high-scoring game in overtime as the Razorbacks advanced to the second round thanks to a 90-85 win over the Commodores in overtime.

11-seed Georgia then knocked off 14-seed Missouri in the second game by a score of 64-59 as the Bulldogs used a huge late-game comeback to find the win. Missouri took the lead on the first possession of the second half and kept it until the 1:29 mark in the second half. Georgia closed the game on a 12-0 run to find the win and officially handed Missouri their 18th loss against conference opponents this season.

The Tennessee Volunteers enter the tournament as the top seed after capturing an SEC regular season championship during the final week of the season.
