Tennessee baseball LHPs Zander Sechrist and Kirby Connell combined to pitch 8.2 innings in the Vols’ 2-1 narrow midweek win over Southern Indiana on Wednesday.
Sechrist and Connell were the MVPs for the Vols in the win, as Sechrist turned in his best performance of the season, and Connell was terrific out of the bullpen and earned the save in the process.
