On this week’s episode of RTI: Pancakes and Bacon, VFL Kyler Kerbyson and Reed Bacon are breaking down the Vols’ convincing win over the Iowa Hawkeyes in the Citrus Bowl. They start on the defensive side of the ball and while Kyler thinks it’s hard to judge vs this offense, Reed found some good plays by young defenders.
The guys then turn to the offense and both guys rave about the performance of quarterback Nico Iamaleava. Kyler liked the calm and safe approach that Nico had and Reed was surprised by his speed and movement. The guys finish the pod discussing the college football playoffs and who they think will win the National Championship.
