Tennessee Football Makes Top Eight For Elite Prep Corner

Tennessee football made the top eight for blue-chip cornerback Jaboree Antoine on Christmas Day. The Vols joined Alabama, Georgia, LSU, Miami, Michigan, Texas and Texas A&M in Antoine’s top group.

The 6-foot-1, 170-pound cornerback ranks as a four-star recruit and the No. 51 player in the 2025 recruiting class according to the 247sports composite rankings. The New Iberia, Louisiana native also ranks as the No. 8 cornerback and No. 2 player in the state of Louisiana in the 2025 cycle.

Antoine has taken one visit to Tennessee so far during his recruitment, visiting Knoxville for the Vols’ win over Texas A&M this October.

The four-star corner’s trip to Tennessee was one of four visits he’s taken so far in his recruitment. Antoine has visited instate LSU twice including the Tigers’ win over Grambling State. The blue-chip recruit also visited Texas A&M in July and Georgia for the Bulldogs win over Missouri in November.

Tennessee football currently only has four commits in its 2025 recruiting class but three of the four commits are defensive backs including three-star Atlanta natives Tyler Redmond, Shamar Arnoux and Dylan Lewis.

The Vols’ four-commit recruiting class ranks No. 12 nationally and No. 6 in the SEC according to the 247sports team rankings.
