The transfer portal has been opened for just under three weeks and will be open for another nine days before closing until after spring practices across the country.

It’s been a wild three weeks across the college football landscape with an abundance of roster turnover at a number of schools including Tennessee. The Vols have lost 10 players in the transfer portal (nine on scholarship) and have added four players to date: Notre Dame tight end Holden Staes, Oregon State corner Jermod McCoy, MTSU safety Jakobe Thomas and Tulane receiver Chris Brazzell Jr.

Tennessee will almost certainly add more players from the transfer portal even after it closes in early January as they have in recent years. But the Vols have a good jump on their transfer class. So how do the recruiting sites view the Vols’ transfer portal class.
