Tennessee Football Outgoing Transfer Portal Tracker

The fall transfer portal window is officially open as of Monday, December 4, 2023. The window will be open for 30 days and will close on Jan. 2, 2024, just one day after Tennessee’s Citrus Bowl appearance against Iowa.

The transfer portal has only continued to gain steam and notoriety each offseason but really looks to be ramping up here in December 2023. Marquee and talented players from all over the nation are entering the portal in search of a new home, a new place to set up camp, and potentially a little more NIL money along the way.

Thousands of FBS players are expected to enter the transfer portal during the window, which will include players from the University of Tennessee. Josh Heupel’s Volunteers went 8-4 on the season and are now set to gear up for an appearance in the Citrus Bowl against Iowa in Orlando. But with the game being so late into the transfer portal window, it makes sense why some players are choosing to get ahead of things with an early announcement.

We’ll be tracking all of the names from the 2023 Tennessee football roster that enter the transfer portal throughout the month. Check back frequently for new updates to follow which players are officially heading into the portal prior to the Vols’ bowl practices and bowl game.
