The Tennessee Volunteers came up with a huge win over SEC East rival Kentucky on Saturday night in Lexington.
The Vols won by a score of 33-27 thanks to a strong showing from quarterback Joe Milton III, running backs Jaylen Wright and Dylan Sampson, and kicker Charles Campbell.
Milton ended the game at 18/21 for 228 yards, one passing touchdown, and no turnovers. Wright and Sampson combined for two touchdowns on the ground to go along with 195 rushing yards between the two. Kicker Charles Campbell, though, was the unsung hero. Campbell went 4-for-4 with field goal kicks including two from beyond the 40-yard mark and a career-long at 49 yards.
The Vols have now won 36 of their last 39 football games against the Kentucky Wildcats.
