Tennessee football is wearing its all white “stormtrooper” uniforms for Saturday’s rivalry showdown against Kentucky.

Tennessee has worn five different uniform combinations this season including the all white uniforms for both of its road games so far this season. The Vols fell in road games at Florida last month and at Alabama last week.
On the 2023 season, the Vols are 2-0 in their traditional home uniforms, 1-0 in their all orange uniforms, 1-0 in their smokey grey uniforms and 1-0 dark mode uniforms. Josh Heupel’s third Tennessee team is 0-2 in its all white uniforms.
Kentucky football has yet to announce its uniform combinations for Saturday’s divisional matchup.

Tennessee is currently 3.5-point favorites against Kentucky in the SEC showdown, according to Caesars Sportsbook. The over/under is set at 51.5.

The Vols enter the matchup 5-2 (2-2 SEC) coming off last week’s poor second half performance in their loss at Alabama. Tennessee has to run the table and needs extra help to win the SEC East but the Vols still have plenty to play for entering the final five games of the regular season.
Kentucky enters the matchup 5-2 (2-2 SEC) and coming off its open date. The Wildcats won their first five games of the season before losing in lopsided battles against Georgia and Missouri.
Kickoff between Tennessee and Kentucky is at 7 p.m. ET Saturday night at Kroger Field. Mike Monaco, Jesse Palmer and Katie George are on the call for ESPN.
