Tennessee head coach Rick Barnes met with the media in Knoxville on Wednesday afternoon to quickly preview the Vols’ upcoming exhibition game against Michigan State this weekend.
Barnes spoke about how beneficial playing in the game will be due to the quality of the opponent and the environment and how Tennessee will be able to grow from it. Barnes also spoke about charity preseason games, the Vols’ freshman big men getting playing time this season, why Santiago Vescovi will not be available for this Sunday’s game, and much more.
