The SEC Network is sending its pregame shows to Tuscaloosa for this week’s Third Saturday in October matchup between Tennessee and Alabama. Marty and McGee is live at 9 a.m. ET while SEC Nation is live at 10 a.m. ET.

It’s the second straight week that the SEC Network crew has gone to Tennessee’s game. Both Marty and McGee and SEC Nation were in Knoxville last weekend for the Vols’ 20-13 victory over Texas A&M. The pregame shows also were in Nashville for Tennessee’s season opener against Virginia.

No. 17 Tennessee bounced back from its week three loss at Florida by winning three straight home games over UTSA, South Carolina and Texas A&M. The Vols’ consecutive SEC wins improved their record to 5-1 (2-1 SEC) and kept them in the SEC East race ahead of two critical conference road tests.

No. 11 Alabama also suffered a disappointing early season loss when they fell to Texas in Tuscaloosa. But since the week two loss, the Crimson Tide have started to find their footing. The Crimson Tide enter the week eight matchup 6-1 (4-0 SEC). Nick Saban’s 17th Alabama team has won four straight SEC games over Ole Miss, Mississippi State, Texas A&M and Arkansas.

The Vols are looking for their second win over Saban during his Alabama tenure. Tennessee ended a 15-game losing streak in the rivalry last season when they knocked off the Crimson Tide 52-49 in Knoxville. The Vols are looking to start a winning streak of their own in the series and to earn their first win in Tuscaloosa since 2003.

Kickoff at Bryant-Denny Stadium is at 3:30 p.m. ET on Saturday afternoon. Brad Nessler, Gary Danielson and Jenny Dell are on the call for CBS.
