Tennessee legend Eric Berry was honored for his career on Rocky Top during halftime of the Vols’ game against Texas A&M in Knoxville on Saturday afternoon.
Berry will officially be inducted into the College Football Hall of Fame this December with the Class of 2023.
Tennessee fans happily welcomed Berry back to Neyland Stadium on Saturday with a roaring sound when he was officially brought out onto the field.
Berry ended his career at Tennessee from 2007-2009 as a two-time First Team All-American with 245 tackles, three sacks, 17.5 tackles for loss, 14 interceptions, 31 passes defended, and forced two fumbles.
