Business as usual on Monday afternoon in Knoxville as the Tennessee Volunteers return from the open date ready to host Texas A&M this Saturday afternoon in Neyland Stadium.
Head coach Josh Heupel kicked off the week with a Monday press conference where he spoke about the upcoming matchup with the Aggies, Tennessee’s wide receiver depth with Kaleb Webb and Chas Nimrod, McCallan Castles and the tight end room helping replace production from Bru McCoy, A&M quarterback Max Johnson, and much more.
In addition to Heupel, two Tennessee players also met with the media on Monday to start the week.
Tennessee defensive lineman Tyler Baron hit on several topics including A&M’s offensive unit, the mindset of the Vols’ defense, and more. Tennessee tight end Jacob Warren spoke about the production from the tight ends and what VFL Eric Berry means to the program as a Knoxville native.
